Connie’s Care Services has been serving the personal needs of the local community and surrounding area’s since 2004. In 2009, the company incorporated and became known as Connie’s Care Services Ltd, and to this day continues to provide high quality, professional care for all who are supported by us , through illness, infirmity or invulnerability, no longer have the quality of life they previously enjoyed.
Any adult supported by us can rest assured that they will be treated with dignity and respect at all times, and their human and legal rights upheld. We encourage independence and the right of choice.
All our care staff are fully trained and qualified in adult domiciliary care and treat all personal information with complete confidentiality.
Our carers are DBS checked and fully screened before employment. Connie’s Care Services Ltd is accredited to The Care Quality Commission, and works in conjunction with Norfolk and Cambridge Social Services.

All our care staff are fully trained and qualified in adult domiciliary care. New employees are inducted to National Training Organisation standard within 12 weeks of employment. We manage and train our employees with the aim that all of our carers achieve NVQ level 2. All other employees receive the training appropriate to their work, for example Food Hygiene for catering staff.
All our employees receive annual training in health and safety matters, such as moving and handling, fire awareness and procedures, adult protection issues and a range of other matters.
